The proposals for Northwich Marina are designed to make a vital contribution to the wider regeneration of Northwich Town Centre in line with the local authority’s overriding planning strategy, the aspirations of local residents, local businesses and the wider community.

The proposal includes new Extra Care Housing, a Waitrose food store, improvements to the waterways and new waterside leisure/cafe/restaurant facilities.

H2O (which is a joint ventrure between British Waterways and private developer bloc) invite you to view and discuss plans to regenerate Northwich Marina.

A public exhibition will be held at 14 Market Way, Weaver Square, CW9 5BA (next to Thornton’s) from:

12 noon – 5.00pm on Friday 25th November &

10.00am – 3.00pm Saturday 26th November

Members of the design team will be on hand to answer your questions.
