Annual General Meeting and Talk ...
Our Annual General Meeting and a talk by Neville Robinson entitled, “Reminiscences of a River Weaver Manager” will once agaib be held at The Weaver Hall Museum courtesy of Cheshire West and Chester Council.
Neville Robinson managed the River Weaver until 1982, when it was an active commercial waterway with maintenance needed to a very high standard.
Come and hear how the river was managed when commercial traffic was king.
A rare opportunity to learn how our river was operated so differently, yet so recently.
The meeting will start at 7.30pm.
